1. Is it really water proof?
TheDiveSafe is designed and tested to 40m (131ft) so safe for regular diving.
2. How do i get one?
Just purchase online. We have safe secure servers that process your order reliably and confidentially.
3. How long does it take to ship.
We ship within 3 days and expect no more than 7 days shipping to most destinations. For most customers, you will have it within a week.
4. Is it waterproof forever, how do I look after it?
No, you must use care and maintain your beloved device. The "O" rings are the key to its water tight seal and must be lubricated using the included lubricant. The O Ring will need to be replaced every 10 dives or a the first sign of cracking. The included gel should be used on every daive to lubricate the O-Ring. The device comes wiht 3 O-Rings and plenty of Gel. Additional Gel and O-Rings can be ordered.
5. Is there a warranty
Absolutely. 12 months warranty on all parts. The warranty includes the device only and not your personal goods.
